IT Support
I've spent several years as an IT Support Specialist at companies like Ayzenberg, Blue Apron, Sprinklr, and BuzzFeed — supporting Mac/Windows environments, managing user lifecycle (Okta, Azure, Jamf, Kandji), triaging tickets, and leading onboarding automation. I've deployed MDM across 100+ devices, built workflow improvements with Monday.com, and kept teams unblocked in fast-paced environments.
Software Engineering
I completed General Assembly's Software Engineering Immersive (Dec 2023 – Mar 2024), a 420+ hour full-stack program focused on product development, OOP, MVC frameworks, data modeling, and team collaboration. That foundation is what I'm building on as I move into software engineering roles.
